Founded in 1958, Zhejiang Institute of Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Co.,Ltd. (ZJIMEE) is mainly engaged in the following fields: the research and application of new technology, new process technology, new products and new equipments, undertaking engineering consultant, design,construction and supervision,architectural design, project contract, the testing and approval for mechanical and electrical products, the testing for international certificated products, China Compulsory Certification(3C) for mechanical and electrical products. ZJIMEE is the largest mechanical and electrical engineering institute in Zhejiang province. It has been awarded as a hi-tech enterprise by Zhejiang provincial government.

Nowadays, all following subjects and aspects are available in ZJIMEE including mechanical and electrical products, civil architecture, casting, computer application & CIMS, automation, environment protection, pumps, process technology equipment, (traffic) communication engineering,installation engineering of mechanical & electrical equipments,intelligence engineering of building,wind power,chemical engineering etc. The main products and business are as following: iron-mold lined sand casting production line equipment, no-bake sand casting production line equipment, Huachang Brand hydraulic cylinder series, wind turbine generator, ZY Series anaerobic adhesives, intelligent measurement instruments and controllers , CNC system for machine tools,etc.

ZJIMEE has been certified in accordance with the quality management system ISO 9001:2000 version. It has the class or grade A certificates which are available in the area of engineering consultant, mechanical and architectural engineering design, whole project contract, has class or grade B certificates in the area of engineering supervision, environment protection engineering,has second grade engineering certificates for mechanical & electrical equipments installation and building intelligence, etc. It is also authorized to have the right to import and export goods with foreign companies.
